How to make high-strength stainless steel screws for non-standard screws?
Hello everyone, I am the editor for non-standard screws. Many screw makers know that stainless steel screws cannot be hardened. But if you really need high-strength stainless steel screws, it is recommended to use martensitic stainless steel 401 non-standard screws, because martensitic stainless steel 401 non-standard screws have good permeability, high hardness, toughness, corrosion resistance after vacuum treatment, and require high or low temperature tempering. Another commonly used material that can be heat-treated is 402J2 stainless iron.
